Please note that any discount on fees is dependent on payment terms being met. Our normal terms are 14-days from the invoice date. We are able to be flexible where required by agreement – please let us know (this tends to be where companies are paying for delegate places).

Your Booking is a Commitment. By completing this booking confirmation and agreeing to the terms and conditions you are confirming your place on the programme and are agreeing to pay all fees due for that place. Delegates are ultimately responsible for turning up for the training workshop days and completing the qualification(s). Delegates bring a huge amount of value to the workshop and are generally exceptionally supportive of each other. Should a delegates behaviour fall short of reasonable expectations we reserve the right to remove the delegate from the group.

Cancellation Policy

Because we run professional development programmes with small groups the cancellation policy is particularly important. A cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of a workshop has a fee of £1,000+vat. Unfortunately, we’re unable to return payments for cancellations nearer the start date. If a delegate is unable to attend a workshop it is possible to re-book onto a future workshop for an additional re-booking fee of £300+vat (as long as they attend within 12 months of the original workshop). It’s the responsibility of the participant to be available to attend future dates.

In the unlikely situation where a course is cancelled (for example if the tutor is unwell), HumanTechnics will make every effort to ensure a mutually suitable alternative course date is available as soon as possible, the booking will still stand and we regret that we’re unable to return payments.

Additional fees that might apply

There are a number of additional fees that may apply to you that you need to be aware of:

  • University Coursework re-submission fee – £75+vat
  • ILM Coursework re-submission fee – £50+vat
  • Payment instalment plan admin fee – £100+vat
