Level 5 to Level 7 Coaching & Mentoring Programme
Accredited by The Institute of Leadership, & ICF (International Coach Federation)
Exclusively for graduates of the HumanTechnics Level 5 Certificate. This 3-day programme is for delegates wanting to build on their training and gain the Level 7 Certificate.
At level 5 Coaching and Mentoring can be quite transactional in nature. At level 7/Postgraduate level we are particularly interested in facilitating transformational change for our clients.
This highly practical 3-days of workshop will build on the level 5 training and introduce some of the approaches and techniques to engage with beliefs and values at a more transformational level.

Certificate in Coaching Mastery
Accredited by ICF (International Coach Federation)
Building on the Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching/ Level 7 programmes this 3-day workshop programme focuses on supporting delegates in refining higher level coaching skills. Coaching Mastery is well defined within the Competency Frameworks of all the major Coaching Industry Bodies. This workshop is about getting there faster.
Prerequisites: Graduates of the HumanTechnics Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching or Level 7 Certificate.

Coaching Lab Development Sessions
Coaching Lab is live coaching with other delegates under supervision – with lots of supported self-analysis and feedback. The aim is to build the quality of the coaching and the confidence of the coaches. This is with smaller groups of max 6 run ‘virtually’, in sessions of 3 1/2 hrs.
Exclusively for our Advanced Certificate and Level 7 programme graduates, for many this is their chosen CPD and they will book Coaching Lab Development sessions throughout the year.

Fees: £249+vat per session. Max 6 delegates per session.
Personal & Group Coaching Supervision – 1-2-1 Coach Mentor Sessions (Zoom based)
Best practice is for coaches to receive regular coaching supervision from a coach supervisor/mentor. working with a coach mentor can be one of the most inspirational and effecting tools for developing personal coaching mastery.
Individual 1 hour sessions, or blocks of sessions. for people interested in the required 10hrs of coach mentoring for ICF personal credentials we offer this as a package.
