HumanTechnics was created around the expertise of a team of passionate and highly skilled coaching, learning & development and HR specialists and consultants.
Since then HumanTechnics has developed specialist training programmes and qualifications in Coaching, Coaching supervision, and Leading using a coaching & Mentoring approach. The success of the HumanTechnics Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching programme lead to our unique partnership with Bristol Business School (part of the University of the West of England) enabling us to deliver professional coach training with a University accreditation – one of a very few programmes with University accreditation and CAT points at Postgraduate Masters level. Our professional coach training programmes have dual accreditation with the Institute of Leadership and Management.
HumanTechnics is now the leading provider of professional coach training by the number of delegates we support through Postgraduate coaching qualifications each year.
As an Institute of Leadership and Management training centre we’ve been actively involved in the development and evolution of ILM higher level qualifications, including the development of the ILM Level 7 Certificate and Diploma in Coaching Supervision. ILM training centres have quality ratings and HumanTechnics have the highest quality rating possible.
We now offer a full range of leadership training and ILM qualifications. We provide a wide portfolio of specific programmes and modules to a wide range of customer organisations, delivering everything from leadership and talent development programmes, to individual coaching, assessment and selection.
